About these terms
The tightly.io website is operated by Tightly, Inc. (“Tightly”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you’re using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes — to learn about Tightly, request a demo, and access the resources we publish. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or related infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content at scale, or use it to train models, without our permission;
- interfere with the site’s normal operation, or introduce malicious code.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Tightly name and marks — are owned by Tightly or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view the site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
The Tightly product
Nothing on this website is a contract to provide the Tightly product, a warranty about it, or an offer that can be accepted by conduct. Access to and use of the product is governed solely by the written agreement (including any order form and data processing addendum) between Tightly and your organization. Where this website and that agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Figures and outcomes shown on the site (including calculators and benchmarks) are illustrative or drawn from Tightly platform data and are not a promise of results for any specific business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tightly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site.

The site may link to third-party sites and services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement.
