Scenario planning your team will actually use.
An editable, live workspace where planners model a change and watch it reconcile — not a report they export and forget.
One surface the whole team plans on
Cycles, owners, sign-off gates and versions on one governed surface — not nine copies of a file over email.
Why the workspace is where decisions get made.
Full-price sell-through gap between retail leaders and the industry — most of it down to how the team plans together.

What breaks before planning workspace runs to plan.
Three steps from spreadsheet to a surface the team plans on.
The whole team works on one plan
Every category owner works the same live plan — no emailed copies, no merging spreadsheets. Everyone sees the same numbers, states and comments as they change.
Submit runs the check; ±2% auto-signs
Every plan has an owner and a state. Submitting runs the reconciliation check against the envelope — within ±2% it auto-signs, over budget it routes back for rework with the variance attached.
Versioned, with a full audit trail
Sign-off locks a version you can roll back to, and every edit and approval is logged — who changed what, when. The plan never lives in one person’s head again.
Plan in the system, not in a spreadsheet.

What changes once the team plans in the system.
A worksheet, not a wall of tabs
One interactive canvas that holds the MFP, the OTB, the line plan, the forecast and the in-season view in one place.
Edit columns and views like a planner
'Show me Q3 footwear, by channel, against forecast.' No formula language, no admin ticket. Tia authors the view.
Tabular numbers, hairline grids, instant recalc
Built for fast eyes on big grids, not for marketing screenshots. The first thing a planner asks for, done right.
Every decision, with its lineage
Every cell records where its value came from. Nothing in the plan is unaccountable, and nothing is hidden in a back-office macro.

The connected plan
The workspace runs on the connected model — every change reconciles live.
AI agents
Agents propose into the workspace; the team reviews and approves.
Financial planning
The MFP cycle gates live inside the workspace — Draft → Committed → Signed-off.
How do roles and permissions work?
Per-category owners + reviewers + approvers, configurable. Most teams gate at owner submits → reviewer comments → approver signs off. Audit log captures every action.
Can different cycles run in parallel?
Yes. SS26 hindsight, SS27 build and SS28 baseline can all be open at once. Each cycle has its own dashboard and gate sequence.
Does it integrate with Slack / Teams for notifications?
Yes. Status changes, sign-off requests and gate transitions can fire into Slack or Teams channels. Most teams configure a #planning-cycle channel.
What happens if an approver is OOO?
Configurable backup approver per gate. If the primary is unavailable, the backup gets the request automatically with an OOO notice in the audit log.
