Item / SKU plan workbook
A bottom-up unit plan — sales, inventory, on-order at item or SKU level — the other half of the planning wedge. Pair with the MFP workbook to see the reconciliation gap with your own eyes.
The item plan is the bottom-up half of the planning wedge. It runs at SKU or option level — units sold, inventory on hand, on-order, sell-through and weeks of cover by week.
Use it with the MFP
Run the MFP workbook and the item plan workbook side by side and the reconciliation gap becomes visible. The category totals never quite agree. Closing the gap by hand is half a planner's week. Closing it in a system is most of the value Tightly delivers.
