What is it? TIA officially replaces Tightly IQ. Instead of manually building dashboards, you can now ask complex supply chain questions in plain English and instantly get interactive charts, KPI cards, and tables. TIA introduces a dedicated Full Page Experience with a chat history sidebar, smart prompt suggestions, and the Tia Board—a personal workspace to save and quickly refresh your most important data visualizations.
Why we built it: Having two separate AI tools was confusing, and TIA is simply much more capable of handling complex, multi-step queries. By merging everything into one unified, full-screen copilot, we are eliminating the time you lose between seeing a number and knowing exactly how to act on it.
