About Unleashed
Unleashed is a cloud inventory & order management platform used by product businesses (wholesale, DTC, and light manufacturing). It centralizes suppliers, items, purchasing, sales, warehouses, and reporting to keep operations accurate across locations.
How Tightly works with Unleashed
Step 1 — Connect & import what’s live
Select Unleashed warehouses/locations. Tightly imports existing open POs, on-hand by location, inbound shipments, receipts, suppliers, and item details—so planning starts aligned to reality. (No Open-to-Buy; we use your real pipeline.)
Step 2 — Keep POs in sync
New POs (whether created in Tightly or Unleashed) and changes to dates/qty/status sync automatically. Your timeline and Days of Stock (DOH) update per location so reorder points reflect confirmed inbound.
Step 3 — Plan & execute
Run Smart Replenishment for explainable, location-aware recommendations. Convert to Unleashed-synced, approval-ready POs (grouped by vendor/location, respecting lead times/MOQs/case packs). Receipts/ETAs flow back to forecasts and InStock ship-by dates.
Key features for Unleashed users
Location-aware, explainable recommendations — every buy shows the why (demand window, DOH, lead time, inbound coverage).
Live PO import & change tracking — plan and reality stay in lockstep across Unleashed and Tightly.
Vendor & pack conformity — recommendations respect MOQs, case packs, and supplier lead times you keep in Unleashed.
ERP-integrated, approval-ready POs — auto-group by supplier/location; push to Unleashed, send vendor PDFs, and keep the audit trail attached to the PO.
Transfer-vs-buy guidance — balance stock across warehouses before purchasing more.
InStock backorders — keep winners purchasable with reliable ship-by dates tied to Unleashed inbound and configurable caps.
Operational alerts — late ETAs, low inbound coverage, and projected stockouts flagged early, with clear next actions.
What syncs (typical setup): suppliers, items, on-hand by location, open POs, PO updates (dates/qty/status), receipts, and (optionally) costs/lead times—so both systems share the same truth while you buy with confidence.
